✨Home from work for a minute-- cramming in work on my webinar, before picking my son up from camp, before heading back in for another appointment, before bringing little man to the beach, before he heads to his dad's, before I sit at my desk for more work, and before I can hopefully 🙏🏻 squeeze in a yoga class, before more work!
🗣Moms- you hear what I'm screaming, always running around like crazies! 100 places to be, 100 things to do! It's so easy to grab n go & I am guilty of it too! I normally maintain a fairly healthy diet (not by really healthy people standard but by chocoholic standard!) but I have been slacking! And I FEEL it! I've been slacking on my shakeos, I've been slacking on my water... so today I walked in, quickly did dishes, started to put new grill together (which I decided was better at another time), started laundry I thought to myself... 🚫✋ Hold on, wait a minute! Make your damn SHAKE! It takes 30 seconds and makes me feel GREAT! ➡️I have to stop skipping ME in my day! ⬅️ Down the hatch a Cafe Latte goes with just some almond milk!
