One year ago today, I had my first #brewday! Had no idea what I was doing, and the instructions were in German to add to the confusion! 😂 I've come a long way since then, but still have lots to learn!
I did 7 - 4L batches, and 12 - 10+L batches. Out of the 19 batches, I only kept 6, with two batches currently in the fermenters and they are looking good. My main enemies are yeast and oxygen, so this next brew year will be focused on fixing those problems.
I want to thank @bitchesnbrews , @stbrewing and especially @fraugruber_brewing for encouraging me, helping me with my brew emergencies, answering my millions of questions and turning me into a better brewer!
