Today’s entire #basementworkout used a single weight plate. Training a friend tomorrow so thought it’s only fair I put myself through the workout first. The bent over row is an amazing compound exercise because it hits various muscle groups such as
🍃 lats, traps, delts AND biceps
This is a very taxing movement and I recommend incorporating this into your back day so you can get the most out of your back workout!

Form: Hold the bar w/ palms of your hands facing down, bend your knees slightly and bring your core forward by bending at the waist. ALWAYS keep your back straight and your head UP. The bar should hang right in front of you as your arms hang 90 degrees to the floor.

Don’t forget to breath and keep your core TIGHT and STABLE.Keep your elbows by your sides and squeeze for a few seconds at the top of the movement to really contract those back muscles.

This exercise is a great compound movement which incorporates the lats, rhomboids, rear delts, traps, and even the biceps.

100kg bent over rows for around 6 reps love training back it's definitely my strongest session

Sunday morning backattack n it's definitely Rows before Instahoes🐒🐒😁since I was a kid I have been rowing and never beat those old skool basic compounds.. Bent over barbell rows off low rack n once again thanks to my squat rack I have different camera angles n just like you guys I actually get to see my back working for the first time like Eva.. Like to start with quick hinge deadlift and then begin rows n always lead with elbows.. Normally start with Bent over rows n follow with the hardest exercise ever...inverted bodyweight rows... Man this is one tough movement and struggle to get even 8reps😢😢once again nice to set bar in squats safety bars.. Grip strength is essential here and good place to practice painful Hook Grip
