Monday's lunch and snacks include:
🐵 Salad of lettuce, pearl couscous, currents, cabbage, broccoli, capsicum, nuts, seeds and salad herbs.
🙈 Carrot sticks, snow peas and semi-dried tomato hummus.
🙉 Kiwifruit and a strawberry.
🙊 Chia chips.
I've finished my weekend meal prep, and went for a long run on Saturday, 2 x weekend tasks ticked off the list ✔️
But poor old Roxy dog, she hasn't been able to run with me for awhile now - she just can't keep up. She wishes she could though, I have to sneak out the front door so she doesn't see me in my running gear.
But she still loves getting out for a walk, which I'm enjoying too. We live near such beautiful tracks but I don't fully appreciate them when I'm focused on running.
Roxy and I went for a lovely little walk in the winter sun and everyone who passes her comments on how excited she is or how happy she is and always - how full of energy she is ... considering she is nearly 12, I hope she takes that as a compliment!
