100g Colatta Finéza Dark Chocolate
75g Haan Wippy Cream
150g Ice Water
Few Forest Berries
Hot to make:
1. Melt Colatta Finéza Dark Chocolate, spread into plastic film, and cut with pastry cutter, then chill inside the fridge.
2. Whisk Haan Wippy Cream and ice water till stiff, set aside.
3. Take out the chocolate from the fridge, put some cream inside and put strawberry on it.
4. Cover with cream, and put some berries on it, then glaze with decorgel.
