You can’t possibly eat pasta and cut, right? Wrong! God bless RP! 😍 This is macros for two meals combined (I get 5 meals a day+ intra workout), because sometimes I like to treat myself to a more significant meal. I’m in Fat Loss 1, for those familiar with the program.
Protein 40g (chicken and shrimp)
Carbs 60g (50g carbs whole wheat pasta and 10g carbs brown sugar in the sauce)
Veggies- roughly four cups- tomato sauce (nothing added), cherry tomatoes, spinach. (I added basil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, garlic, onion)
25g of Arla natural low fat cream cheese, for that rose vibe. 4g of fat. (You don’t have to count on RP if under 5g)
RP doesn’t require you to count calories, only macros, so calories are don’t know don’t care.

There is nothing I enjoy more in life than accomplishing something I once couldn’t. Seeing my body change over the years has been really cool, of course! Gyms are closed for the holiday so decided to spend this beautiful sunset in Busan running. We clocked 10km/6 miles along the water no breaks! I am not a runner and I don’t run often, maybe once every 4-6 months. RP considers running a Non-training day (unless you’re training as a long distance runner for a race), so I was a bit scared I’d be low energy on NTD macros, but I felt incredible! They really do know what they’re doing. I guess that’s what you get with a science-based program!
