I used to base my success solely on how many pounds I could lose and how fast... let me tell you, THATS EXHAUSTING!!!! 😓 I decided this year that I was done with that mentality, like done DONE! 🛑 .
I dedicated myself to just doing the best 👉🏻I could do👈🏻 everyday with two main goals. ⚡️1. Working out a minimum of 5 days a week. ⚡️2. drinking my Superfoods EVERYDAY.
I wanted to simply take it one day at a time, and that’s what I did... 👊🏻💥 .
I’ve lost somewhere around 10 lbs since January and I’m so damn proud of myself!!!!! 💪🏻 I’m building lean muscle, so the number on the scale honestly means nothing to me ... ITS SO FREEING!!! 🕊 🙌🏻
