๐Ÿ”นTodayโ€™s Challenge: Take 10-15 minutes to write out your goals and be SPECIFIC! Below are some guidelines and tipsโ€ฆ.Good luck!!
๐Ÿ”นWrite your goals down, look at them everyday, and set a specific date for it to be achieved. ๐Ÿ”ปEstablish where you are now and where you want to be. ๐Ÿ”ปI like to write mine on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. That way I know I will see them multiple times a day to remind me what I want to accomplish. ๐Ÿ”นBe prepared with healthy food on hand. When will you have your weekly โ€œTREATโ€ meal? ๐Ÿ”นPlan your workouts throughout the ENTIRE week. ๐Ÿ”ปHave at least 2 strength training workouts, 3-4 cardio workouts, and 1-2 stretching/core workouts such as pilates or yoga.
๐Ÿ”ปHaving a workout partner always helps you to be accountable and show up!
๐Ÿ”ปSometimes, exercising early is the only way to fit it in as a busy mom. Take naps with your babies and get to bed early or on time. (this is the only way I can fit it in!) ๐Ÿ”นCreate a Vision Board ๐Ÿ”ปThis will give you a clear picture of what you want when those temptations come around. I like to print out pictures of what I want to look like, what I want my food and diet to look like, and positive affirmations.

But a huge thing that I have learnt that it has to start with your mindset, your beliefs and your habits. One at a time it works to replace the bad habits with good ones. Lesson of today: Learn to swim before you get on a ship. Any type of ship.. a real boat, a friendship, and/or a relationship.. you gotta learn to swim because once you hit an iceberg like the titanic youโ€™re not gonna survive. This is MY WHYโ€ฆ.. Made a huge decision this year to give up my job and open a gym. Fundamentally giving up financial stability and a regular income to follow my dream. Sometimes, when things are tight and lack of sleep is kicking in, I wonder if I am mental.
Thank you Alex for yet another reminder today why I did it; it is a pleasure to share your progress!! On the 15th September he hit a PB on his thruster (front squat to push press) at 65Kg. Today, 80Kg on the bar (yes, an additional 15kg) and he hit a squat clean and thruster.
Whilst Iโ€™m sharing this, I canโ€™t take credit for it - this was all achieved through hard work! What's incredible is this is whilst on a calorie deficit to help him get to his goal weight.
Moral of the story: work hard, get the results you want

Act as if you are, and you will be. -
Act is if you are that boss, that model, that fit person, that entrepreneur, that CEO, that engineer, whatever it is you dream of or want to be in life.
