Hey, my name is Laurent.
I was looking for an apartment in Brussels. Apartments in Ixelles and other neighbourhoods appeared to be expensive without offering the "waouw" effect that make you fall in love with the place you will live soon. So I found this apartment located in the Gare du Midi area. It has built in the early sixties and seems to have been built only to enjoy an amazing and unique view of Brussels. Some new projects in Brussels offer amazing views too. But not this view of Brussels mixing all the components of an international city (a train station, subways, industries, residential areas, schools and amusement park in July). This view of 270 degrees on Brussels is the "waouw" effect of my apartment. That's why I love it. The challenge is to reframe this apartment to take it back to its initial goal : enjoying Brussels in its daily life.
