It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared anything in-depth that’s fitness related (and I’m sorry I haven’t had any time to film anything for my YT channel, for those sweet people who’ve asked a lot about that lately💖), but to give a mini update - I LOVE where I am right now - mentally, emotionally, physically - I’m just really happy. I haven’t been tracking my meals, and my workouts have been intense and very often (weights and LOTS of spin classes bc I’m addicted🚴🏻‍♀️) and honestly I think I’ve found my current sweet spot. I never felt that I pressured myself “too much” in the past at all, but lately, keeping a more relaxed outlook and not putting any restrictions/tracking routines on myself, I’ve realized I’m actually getting more out of my workouts than I have in a long time.🙌🏼 Be kind to your body and mind and they will thank you.🙏🏼 #begoodtoyourself #selflove

Know that you are both nice & naughty. Some days it's easier to be positive, kind & generous; but other days you might be cranky, nasty or lazy. I've found that in my clients & myself, self-care is particularly important for us to be our best selves. Get enough sleep, exercise, spend time with loved ones or friends, do activities you love. It's challenging to be positive, energetic, motivated & understanding when we're exhausted, lonely & overwhelmed. Fuel your gas tank, regularly.
