Coffee + questions // I'm meeting with a new client this morning* and it's one of my favourite parts of the coaching process. I get to understand more about what's working for a client, what's not and how I can support them to get 'unstuck' and heading towards #GloriousWellness.
It's a perk of my job to see clients change their relationship with food and their bodies. When you feel well, you make better decisions, think clearly and perform at a higher level. You're also able to get more done in a focused, present way – whether it's work, working out or hanging out with people you love.
