Hippocrates was a verrrrrrry wise man (er...slight understatement...) and when it comes to your health, listening to – and trusting – your gut is incredibly important. Maintaining healthy gut flora can help boost many aspects of our overall health and wellness including immunity, sleep, skin and energy. Eating cultured (i.e fermented) veg is a good place to start.
