Ohhh my last AMRAP (200lbs) day I completed before finding out I was pregnant a few days later LOL (p.s. that form thoooo 😏😍)
I actually got really light headed on my last rep and at the end (i cut it out of the video) but when I set the bar down, I actually felt my legs give out and then I just slowly fell back and almost passed out for a split second. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, until I later found out I was pregnant.
I was having a lot of recurring episodes where I just couldn’t power through my workouts, I’d get super fatigued early in and I’d eventually finish them, but there were some days I just couldn’t. This is actually what made me start to wonder if I was pregnant over anything else. LISTEN to your BODY people 🙌🏼
Funny how, more specifically fitness related, but when you start to really know your body, you can just sense and pick-up when things aren’t normal. Needless to say, I cannot wait to start lifting like this again after Baby J is here, even though I’m sure it’ll be a process. I definitely have to compete in 2019 for sure!!!
