The time was going to pass anyway, why not make it worth something! I want to vomit a little sharing these photos...but if you have to put up with my posts about my challenge, you get to see the results - good or bad!
After stopping nursing Sophia in June, my body went through a few months of "adjusting" to normal life. Okay, a better way to explain...my body became it's own little chaotic world of hormones which... led to gaining about 7 lbs of bloat and ickiness in what seemed like 7 days...and of course, all in the middle (#NotAwesome). I wanted it gone fast, but knew consistency was the answer!
I didn't do ANYTHING extreme. No double workouts, strict eating plans or deprivation diets. (you all see my FB posts, I love to eat and drink vino...and tequila - right Heather?! 🥂). I followed a very realistic and healthy protocol that fit into my lifestyle.
I began this challenge on October 10th, which means I had Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinner and leftovers, Christmas and New Years to halt my progress. I was also traveling A LOT....like 10 of the 16 weeks were spent in another time zone ✈️ Ohio, NH, Arizona, LA, San Diego and freaking South Africa! I definitely wasn't perfect when traveling, I ate those warm cookies on the plane for shizzle... Here's the results...
🔹 7.5lbs down, most of the hormone fluff is gone... 🔹 13 inches GONE for good!
🔹 Core strength massively increased!!! Thank you Erika 💚
🔹 Energy is through the roof, even for 5am workouts!
🔹 My sleep has never been better!
🔹 And my immune system is ROCKING IT!
🔹 Earned $200 in nutrition products JUST for finishing my challenge
And now...I'm starting my next challenge TODAY...new challenge....new goals...I love that my "after" becomes my new "before"
I've tried EVERY diet, gimmick and trick in the book....there's a reason why I've been using this system since 2011...because it works for me, my body, my health and my life.
