It’s been a looooong time since I’ve done any kind of proper strength training, like waaaaay back to my powerlifting days years ago!
Todays session was a little play around to see where I’m at now:
CLEANS - which I’m new too and never tried lifting more than 25kg prior to this. My mobility sucks, believe it or not it’s got better the last few months but I’ve still got a long way to go with that one!
CLEANS @35kg, 40kg & 45kg
FRONT SQUATS 3 x reps @35kg (not shown) 3 x reps @40kg, 3 x reps at 50kg, 1 rep @55kg, 1 rep @60kg
KIPPING PULLS x 15 reps
I’ve missed strength training, I don’t like fitness plain and simple. I do it because I have to. Strength training however, love love love.
