Maman 17’ by @perennialbeer this is a good looking bottle. It’s also supposed to be one of the best non-adjunct Barrel aged Imperial stout out there. Anyone agrees? Can’t thanks @inkdemention enough for that 🐳. Can’t wait to try it!
Little Red Rooster Hoppy Red Ale by @hiwirebrewing and @birdsongbrewing . I bought a 4 pack of this a couple weeks ago and this last one must have floated to the fridge. It was a pleasant surprise. It's a fun drinkable red ale from two great breweries. 88/100
Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values. Thomas S. Monson
How's everybody doing today? It's about that time with 15 days left of 2017, that we should all take time to look back with reflection. The last 2 years have been a crazy and its been a wild road, to many a photo of a beer and bourbon means nothing but to me it means so much more. I was that kid who at 20 stopped drinking for 5 years because I didn't like where it was taking me. I'm also one of those people who reclaimed a vice and learned to enjoy the beauty in something that could so easily destroy me. La fin du monde was my first foray into the world of craft beer and what an amazing ride its been. The first 12 months I was trying a couple new beers a day sometimes more. It had its ups and downs but like everything that is new it was exciting and fresh. I still try a new beer here and there but after 1300 even most of the ones I try now remind me of another and I find myself drifting back to the ones I found exceptional. I have also found myself appreciating the beers more when I enjoy them once a week vs daily. Another thing thats also changed is a joy I've managed to reignite from my high school days. I used to love putting together outfits but relaxing into an industrial lifestyle I settled for white Tees and relaxed wranglers. Well that side of me is no more. I dove back into the world of fashion and started putting together much nicer outfits of better fitting clothing and even started a small watch and footwear collection. That makers in the background is for something I've wanted to do for years, make myself a little home bar, It is the first bottle I am adding to that bar hopefully with many to come. Considering how I've been living recently with one drinking day a week this bar should fill up quickly. In conclusion I have reflected on where I've come from and came up with a few resolutions of where I want to go with the coming year in 2018. Resolutions will be in the comments as I' almost out of space😂😂 #beer#beer🍻#beer🍺#craftbeer#canadiancraftbeer#quebeccraftbeer#ilovecraftbeer#drinkcraft#makers46#bourbon#newyearsresolution#drinkdrankdrunk#drinklocal#drinkcraft#drinkcraftbeer#beerisgood#2017#whereiwanttobe#reflection
