Co-op student, Janice Lam, faced much uncertainty after moving to Calgary and entering the energy industry—an industry she didn’t know much about. One year later, this is what she learned:
“Throughout my term as a Knowledge Management Co-op Student at Nexen in Calgary, I’ve learned many things that have been applicable to my future. I worked with different business units to focus on collaboration, efficiency, and knowledge sharing through our internal collaboration platform, Jive. Not only was I able to develop my skills, my network has grown and it has been a great learning experience to understand one of Canada’s main industries. Here are a few moments from my co-op!”
