A muffin and coffee helped give me a little motivation this afternoon. ☕
I didn't make it to gym this weekend but I am for sure going tonight after my little one goes to bed. 😉
Today is supposed to be leg day so I'll probably just do squats and leg press then walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
The gym is my therapy- weights are my favorite because I like feeling stronger after, but cardio is almost like meditation for me. 🧘♀️
It also allows me to think through my thoughts/emotions while exercising.
And tonight I NEED it. 😌
