I’m headed out of town this am and so getting in my workout today was going to be hard. Then I saw that the metcon was 100 burpees and I decided I could do that in my living room. And so I did! I would pick burpees over running ANY day of the week!
While I hate them while I’m doing them, I love that they’re an all over body work out that you can do anywhere! What about you? Would you pick the burpees or running?
