It’s another bum pic!!! Hahaha! So the hamstrings are definitely fighting their way through! The glutes are definitely moving at a slower rate, but none the less they are shaping! And with just over 10 weeks, I’m pretty sure they’re going to come in exactly how I would like! Soooo, mind blown! 🤯 I have dropped into the 56kg zone, weighing in with a new low of 57kg on the dot yesterday and 56.7kg this morning!!! That’s literally so crazy and bizarre to me as we haven’t changed anything for a fair while. I do think it must be because I have been prioritising my sleep lately. Being someone who usually runs on 4/5 hours sleep 💤 with my job, and prep, I was feeling tired CONSTANTLY! I slowly managed to get it up to 6 hours and have been trying my best to hit 7 hours and since then my weight has just dropped! Additionally, I monitor my expenditure soooo closely and ensure I have kept it the same throughout so far. This also includes my weekly steps as well as certain targets for each weight training session. I feel like this has been a game changer as the food is still high and the cardio Low-mod!! So excited for my next check in pics! .
