Goan egg curry ( actually eggs in leftover Goan chicken curry masala)- I had received a pouch of Goan curry powder as a gift from my mil and wanted to use that. Though I personally prepared my spice blends and hardly use the readymade mixes especially the curry powder or meat masala kind, so was skeptical about it. Well I am not fan of these. Yet I have to use them in best possible ways. So tried chicken curry with that. And use the leftover masala curry recooked with eggs in it.
