WHY WAIT UNTIL JANUARY FOR YOUR FITNESS RESOLUTION TO BEGIN?!? I understand that it is a tradition to wait until January 1st of every year to say that we are going to make big changes in our lives but why not start now!?! What exactly are we waiting for?!??
All we are doing is procrastinating. We all know that when January rolls around we will start eating right and workout for a few days just to fall back into the same bad habits before the month is over.
How would you feel if in January you were able to say "IM SO GLAD I STARTED THREE MONTHS AGO!!"
Let's face it guys NO ONE wants to start working out and eating better "right now" not even me! But it's so much easier to do with help and support. That's why I'm a few days I will be starting an online group that will be full of people just like you and I that need that extra push!
I don't want to wait until January to start my journey, I want to feel and look AMAZING by January!
