Great long run around my town this morning before church. The first 10 miles were moderately easy between a 7:50-8:00 pace. The last 5 I ran slightly progressive finishing with a marathon paced mile (was aiming for 7:00 & hit 6:55). I was wondering why that mile seemed so tough, but when I got home & poured over data 🤓I realized that this run concludes a 27 day streak with over 218 miles. !!! I know for some of you that's peanuts, but for me this is A LOT. With tapered legs that marathon pace will feel different. Happy my body has held up to the build but I'm definitely gonna enjoy my rest day tomorrow. #itsoktomissamonday .

Day 21 of the #sparklephotochallenge is #medalmonday!! I earned this baby yesterday!!! And that bacon, egg and cheese sandwich after was just to die for!!!

The bad not so great output today, Burpee+Double Unders, super sloppy in the beginning and got a little better at the end, slow motion to show the double under part.. have a great #solarmomday

1. 4 Workouts
2. 75,000 steps or 300 flights of stairs
3. Tabata Sprints 3x

Nutrition Challenge:
1. Plan out a reasonable amount of treats for the week to mindfully savor and stick to it. For me, it is 15%.
2. Eat 3 servings of veggies every day.
3. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.
4. No grazing.

Complete Bodyweight Workout: Do each exercise for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds between each. Complete 4x.
1. Bear Plank Row
2. High Knees Iso Lateral Raise
3. Superman Pushups
4. Lunge Squat Combos
5. Low Plank Rainbow to High Plank Hops
6. Tuck Jump Plyo Burpees

Need modifications? Take out the jump and put hands on an incline.
