Exercise Challenge - Complete the following before Sunday:
1. 4 Workouts
2. 75,000 steps or 300 flights of stairs
3. Tabata Sprints 3x
1. Plan out a reasonable amount of treats for the week to mindfully savor and stick to it. For me, it is 15%.
2. Eat 3 servings of veggies every day.
3. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.
4. No grazing.
Complete Bodyweight Workout: Do each exercise for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds between each. Complete 4x.
1. Bear Plank Row
2. High Knees Iso Lateral Raise
3. Superman Pushups
4. Lunge Squat Combos
5. Low Plank Rainbow to High Plank Hops
6. Tuck Jump Plyo Burpees
Need modifications? Take out the jump and put hands on an incline.
