There are so many benefits of a proper glute bridge, but unfortunately the benefits are often lost due to suboptimal positioning and poor execution. We're going to help fix that today with a few quick corrections!
The most common mistakes we see in glute bridges are:
❌Lack of glute activation
❌Lack of hip extension
What we would like to see instead are:
✅Full glute activation
✅Full hip extension
Two things you wanna pay attention to are:
1⃣Fully driving your hips upwards and squeezing your glutes at the top of the hip extension.
2️⃣Driving heels firmly into the ground will help produce full hip extension.
