The #MYOSHRED strength program 101 by @myo_movement is an intricately designed program that caters to those with different kind of needs, be it #injuryrehab#strengthening#leaningdown#athletictraining#musclegain etc _ The one specifically created for me is aimed at: _ ✅Getting rid of my #backpain permanently (yes, it's possible!) ✅Structurally realigning and correcting all my assymetrical and faulty movement patterns (thanks to my injury) ✅Glute strengthening and hypertrophy 🍑 (oh yeah!) - which is an important part of my #backrehabilitation ✅Accurately retraining my inner core ✅Getting me lean and shredded ✅Making me regain and possibly exceed the #strength I had prior to injury ✅Allowing me to do the 11 strict pull-ups I was once able to do, if not more ✅Prepping me for a bunch of #obstaclecourses in the future ✅Getting me back to #running, which is the one thing I was asked not to do post injury!
All in all it is designed to make my body bullet proof! 👊
