Ok so too start, I wanted too say that I took two days off after my shoot for myself, and it was AMAZING. I just ate and hung with friends and ate and lifted some weights (without cardio!!!!) and ate and it was fucking amazing. But the last two days I’ve been back on my grind. Cardio will be kept consistent in this bulk, diet will be kept clean (with the occasional cheat meal) and reverse dieting IS being done. The 3rd and 4th picture are my diet plans for the next week too start me off. It’s light, but it’s going to get larger each week very slowly. Already got outlines for the next 6 weeks made up. As for the 2nd picture, I thought I would address the fact that I GAINED 14LBS in the two days I had too myself. 85% of that is water weight. My body is not used too that kind of sodium, carbs, fiber, all of it. Granted, I probably put on a few extra pounds of fluff, but that’s no biggie.
