HOW TO STRETCH YOUR PSOAS IN 3D

While you guys wait for the abs MiQ protocol dropping TOMORROW night, let's revisit how to stretch your Psoas properly in preparation for the intense abs workouts you'll be doing! This stretch will help alleviate ALOT of Back Pain Problems if you do it properly and consistently!!!
A lot of people are not stretching their hip flexors to their full potential, because they only work the muscles fibres in the sagittal plane. To really get more 🍊juice out of the Psoas you also have to drop the hip (frontal plane) and rotate away (transverse plane) as you lean into the stretch
🔑POINTS TO REMEMBER!
If you are stretching the RIGHT Psoas you must: 🔹Drive the left knee forward .
🔹Drop and extend the right hip .
🔹Reach up with your right hand and laterally flex your spine to the left .
🔹Rotate your spine to the left with your left arm out
Do 4-5 reps per side, 🌊flow in and out of it without holding it statically. Repeat for 3 sets and you'll be on your way to loose hip flexors!!
