Truth??? 1. Workouts at home DO work when you do them. 🏋🏻‍♀️ 2. You CAN have your favorite junk foods in moderation! (And let's be honest, this is for your health even more than for your bathing suit body BUT yes you do need to eat healthy to lose weight and actually be healthy) 🍒🍏🍉🍦🍕🌮 3. Your body doesn't have to be magazine perfect! It just has to be healthy and strong and perfect for YOU (You guys! I will never feel comfy in a bikini due to stretch marks, diastsis recti, and lots of extra skin but that's OK!)👌🏻 4. I have never felt as good as I feel NOW after completing a program that combines strength training AND cardio. 💪🏻 5. Workouts that are EFFECTIVE do NOT have to be long. (Think 30 minutes people! ⏰) My plea to YOU tonight?! STOP 🤚🏻 wasting another moment of your life being unhappy with your bod and not feeling your absolute BEST and DO something about it. 🙏🏻
