I completed all 80 days of 80 Day Obsession a week ago, then went to Mexico, relaxed a bit and took a brief break from structure (but still worked out)
Today I started over at Day 1
Those 80 days weren't the end, they were part of a journey, my journey
This time around I have new goals
A new starting point
A clearer vision of what I want to acheive
A renewed confidence that I can do hard things
And I'll do them

20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF for 8 cycles

1-Burpee + Quarter Turn L/R
2-Push Up + In/Out Abs
3-(4) High Knees + (2) Speed Skaters
4-Low Side Plank Leg Lifts) L/R

Perform each exercise by alternating each round. Focus on giving MAX effort with quality and controlled form for entire 20 seconds of each exercise, then recover for 10 secs, shooting for at least 8 reps. Always regress where appropriate by changing the plyo, ROM, and speed

The sequence is:
1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4 = 4 mins = Done son!

End of phase 3 with one more week to go
This 80 day journey has been challenging and eye opening
Have I been perfect? No
Have I done my best? Every day
We are going to finish strong and then start again April 23rd
I've lost a few pounds and inches and actually gained inches in a few places where I've built some muscle
I'm amazed how much stronger I am and how much energy eating clean throughout the day gives me
It's not too late to jump in and join us

I so cannot believe it's been that long. She has grown up on us so fast

This kid right here. So many memories. Now she is a full blown college student.
