Did 2 hrs at the gym today after work. I did about 20-25 mins yoga, some weights, and 56 mins elliptical in 2 goes. Between my elliptical, I did weights, rehydrated and sat down to get ready for the last part, I was aiming for 60 mins and quit at 56, and that's ok - this sound silly, but I am not good at pushing myself when I decide enough is enough. It's the 1st time since I hurt my knee that I have been able to do 30 mins of elliptical without having to stop. Happy :-). -
I did a mini video (9 mins) for my mom cause she thinks it's wield that I enjoy yoga. I showed her how I focus on my legs a lot, cause that future 1st split won't happen on its own. It was fun to share that with her. These yoga poses are pics from the vid. After, I went shopping for some gym attire, as my breasts should probably be in a sports bra at a busy gym = 30 mins of slow walking.
I am excited that in about 6 hrs, the trainer at Planet Fitness will give me a regimen to help me build lean muscles to help burn calories. -
I am so happy and feel so well. I pray I can continue to aim for my goals.
😒 When I got home, I ate 1 serving of Halo Top ice cream and 2 servings of almonds, even though I had already reached my limit of the day. I don't feel bad about it. I mean -.- a lady needs her protien after burning 2,000 calories. 🙄
P.s. this sexy BBW has been to the gym DAILY for at least 75 mins daily this week with 2 days of 2 hrs.
