Below is another wonderous! TABATA so that means each pair of exercise is 4mins, 20secs on 10secs rest. Switching exercise after every two 20secs. You will also see a 2minute min workout between the TABATAs, set a timer for two mins and complete the exercises listed doing the reps listed and repeat until the 2mins are up.
