Just as a love showing you my best photos, I like showing the reality behind them as well. Who wouldn’t want to look like a sexy ripper goddess 24/7? But unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. 🤷🏽♀️ Lighting, posing, and posture does a lot to your body. Sometimes you get that lighting right and it hits all the correct spots making you look ripped as well! The other times... makes you look like you scarfed down 50 tacos. 🌮
Also, your period can wreak havoc on your body and so can hormones!! Relax... it’s Saturday.. enjoy yourself while being good to yourself, too. I worked out and ate a healthy breakfast, but I’ve got two birthday parties and a soccer practice to take my kids to so I know I’ll be eating something fast as well as a little cake today🦄
Don’t sweat the small stuff and don’t spend so much of your time worrying about your looks that you miss out on your life and trying to improve it!
