Full Body Day on BBG Week 1. And yes I am dying. But I love the burn. So far it has been a 6 days of @sweat and @weightwatchers and I have lost four pounds. Let’s keep this momentum going!

Made it to the last resistance workout of the week - but wait I’m still sore from the first workout! Love this feeling of being so sore, makes me know I’m actually doing something with my body. Feeling so much better this week than I have lately, no tummy aches since Monday when I started eating healthier 🙌🏼! Usually I can never stick to a healthy diet but so far this week I’ve actually done really well and am super proud of myself. This shits hard all I want are some burgers, wings, and fries! 😭

Happy Friday!! It’s sunny, warm and super summery outside. Walked around west London and ended up here for my fave on the go sandwich 🤤.

Currently in an airport, mid-layover, experiencing the worst upset stomach that I’ve had in a while. I don’t know if it’s from all the meals I’ve had, from a meal yesterday that got me sick, or if I’m actually sick but damn... life is rough for me at the moment. •

It’s kind of funny how life works. After last night I planned to go right in to a fast once my trip concluded, and apparently my body wanted to make sure I didn’t back out of my commitment to fast 😂 Nothing sounds good to me. Not even the Chik Fil A that I wanted to have in the airport since we don’t have it back home. Oh well 😭


This nasty ordeal reminds me of why I like practicing IF, OMAD, and fasting. It’s nice to give your body a break, let your digestive system rest, and nourish it when it needs to — NOT in a constant state of indulgence. Plus, you can’t have digestive emergencies in an airport if you don’t have any food to get sick off. So all I’m saying is put some energy up into the universe that I start to feel better and that I make it through my next flight without embarrassing myself... if you catch my drift. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

600-rep leg challenge 3.0 wraps up my week fitness wise. I took my time and really tried to concentrate on activating those glutes and boy it was a tough one in a whole new way. I’m so grateful for the shift in my perspective though! I used to hate certain exercises but working out has become so much more pleasant now that I try to find out why I find them hard and try to see every workout as a chance to work on them and as a step closer to being good at them and liking them. Currently I’m working on finding balance in all the lunges and learning to do better at all the exercises with snap jumps. I have zero mobility in my hips so I really struggle with them but not nearly as much as I used to!

I’ve been exceptionally active this week with 4 or 5 walks, 2 runs, 3 resistance workouts, one HIIT, one challenge, a few bike rides and two full body rehabilitation sessions. I guess the iron supplement is finally kicking in! I had to fit everything in already because tomorrow morning we are heading to my cousins wedding (let’s not talk about how he is already getting married when it was just yesterday when he was this adorable little toddler 🙈) and on Sunday we’re heading to an amusement park while where there. Officially the last road trip of the summer!

Let’s talk snacks! I feel like “snacking” always gets a bad rep. When you hear people talk about dieting or trying to be more healthy, usually “cut snacking” is one of the first things people say. 😠 I don’t know about you, but I love my snacks! Choosing snacks (but healthy) items in between meals like an apple with mixed nuts, hard boiled egg (or 2) or even an RxBar can provide energy when you’re crashing at work or can prevent you from over eating at meal time. I know for me my pre-lunch snack is always the best...🍎🤤 •

Current Handstand situationnnnnn Wasn’t a very good or a very bad one. I feel how I’m getting better at staying on my hands after I almost felt down. See that toooo?? But I feel how my whole body isn’t ready to have the strength for holding me up longer than 20 seconds.
I’ll practice long handstand holds against the wall now. But hey don’t handstand when you have sore shoulders and arms my headache game was strong today🤯🤕 and suck that fuckin belly in.....🤭
