Well... I’m not as upset as I thought I’d be over my 6 month hiatus. I gained about 20 lbs back but I’m glad to see that I’m still not where I started back in April of 16. I was worried I’d lost all my progress and I’d be starting back at square one. I’m still kicking myself about slipping back into my old habits but, it is what it is and all that matters is that I’m back & I’m not giving up on myself. 💥
Feeling proud of my day! I obviously lead a very Trader Joe's heavy diet (there's one down the street from my work), which I LOVE! Fresh, tasty, healthy meals that get me through Mondays ☺️🍌🍯🥕🧀

Kayaking is a great form of LISS! It’s working my arms, shoulders and abs. I’m off for a few hours on an adventure with my youngest (that’s him being at cat at the end of both videos😺) - I’m pulling him along in a big inflatable ring. Check out the colours of the rocks and land here. So amazing. 😍 This place is pure bliss.
Quickies can be good and effective too! A quickie is all I had time for today so I nipped into the office gym and knocked out #bbg week 20 abs. #queenteam I’ll be on your side again tomorrow.
—Yummies & Yoga— • Today, I got the lovely monthly so I’m going to take it a little easy....maybe....we’ll see how I feel later if I want to throw in my BBG Legs workout tonight or just have it be tomorrow and let my body do it’s thing today. BUT I did start Body & Mind with @sjanaelise today and it was so awesome!!!! I’m so excited to actually do yoga and have the @sweat app guide me on how to do it instead of pretending like I know what I’m doing😂 I’m excited for the weeks to come with this program and to become more flexible, stronger and to have a better posture! • Also, for my pre AND post workout, I had this here super yummy and creamy smoothie! Want the recipe!? Here ya go: • 1 Ripe Avocado 1 Heaping Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 1/2 Cups Milk (I used Almond Milk and of you want it even more chocolatey, try Dark Chocolate Almond Milk) 1 Banana 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 Tbsp Honey 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries Place in a blender and blend blend blend!! Soooooo smooth! • You won’t regret making this. Soooo yummy especially since I’ve been wanting all the chocolate right now🤤 • Hope you all are having a GREAT start to your week!
