๐Ÿ’ญIf I had a dollar for every time someone messaged me to inquire about my breasts I would have at least $97 to put towards wine + snacks. So, let's address the ๐Ÿ˜ in the room shall we? YES, my breasts have decreased SEVERAL cup sizes. YES this is normal. Why? Because I've lost 65 pounds.

๐ŸšจWhy does our breast size decrease when we lose weight? Here's a simple equation: Breast tissue is made of fat. (Yes we have pectoral muscles, however the breast itself is comprised of fat.) When you lose weight (especially a significant amount of weight) you lose fat. Thus, when you lose weight you typically lose some, or in my case, a lot of your breast size ๐Ÿšจ

๐Ÿ’ญCan you avoid this? In short, NO. We CANNOT "spot reduce" fat. What this means, is that we cannot pick and choose where we would like to lose fat from. You can't decide "I want to lose 80 pounds, but I want to keep my breasts and bum, and only lose fat from my abdomen and legs." Sorry, it doesn't work that way ๐Ÿ™…๐ŸปIt's totally unfair, I know โ€“ but it's the truth.

So, in conclusion: Can you control whether or not your breasts decrease in size during your weight loss? ๐ŸˆNO. Is it illegal if I start a fundraiser to pay for my future boob job? Probably, YES.

Just finished my first @kayla_itsines BBG workout that I've done in a while and it felt amazing ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ Played on my hands some afterwords and look what I did ๐Ÿ˜ฑ omg. I've atartes incorporating @ab_asanas exercises while I'm on the trx. And man oh man is it changing my shoulder and core strength!!! I can't wait till I can actually hold it ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ #aloyoga

the best part of working from home? making my own healthy lunches!!! here's a very keeping it real lunch for you babes - shrimp & cauliflower!
try it!!! I browned shrimp in a pan with spices until they were crispy. Then I put the shrimp on a plate and threw cauliflower rice into the pan with some water to deglaze the pan. cooked for a minute or two. served with avocado, some goat cheese crumbles and Sabal. ๐Ÿ˜‹happy first day of fall, my babes! xx!

Saturday walks with this babe ๐Ÿ‘ฃโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’— We did #week36Arms (I almost killed Mika ๐Ÿ˜‚โ˜ ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜) but she did so well!! Sooooo many push ups!! Then we got out in the hot weather & went on a 5km walk down by the river ๐ŸŒฟ Such a lovely way to spend my Saturday & finish #bbgweek36 ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ฆ Have a happy weekend babes! ๐Ÿ’‹

I was feeling pretty crappy about myself this morning - first, I didn't even want to get up to go to the gym. After forcing myself to just get up I felt so bloated ๐Ÿ™ I know my tummy still has to get better and I'm working on it, but I still get pretty negative when I wake up feeling this way (I'm only human hey)
I did my 15 min HIIT on the treadmill and a 15 min @sarahs_day fat burning workout (you can find it on her YouTube channel)
To be honest, I felt so much better after going to the gym, I know I wasn't there for that long, but that was what my body wanted and needed, and I listened ๐Ÿ™ I also decided since the gym will be super empty, I'm going to take a selfie ๐Ÿ˜‚ and I have to say - the light in this place is on point ๐Ÿ‘Œ thanks guys ๐Ÿ˜‚ I didn't even know I had those baby abs!
I've really been enjoying these quick workouts and clearly they have been working ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ
Anyways, I have to get ready for work now (running late as always)

Blood Orange Sorbet on this glorious day โ˜€๏ธ had such a great time taking the pups to the Dachshund race and costume parade. We had missed the races because we didn't know where to go and we were a bit late but was so happy to see the costume parade and see so many other dachshunds. I haven't been doing BBG lately, and I've been getting back into working out: Monday was Solidcore, Tuesday was TDM barre, Wednesday was aerial pilates, and yesterday was Flybarre. I've been missing BBG and want to start BBG 2 soon. I keep saying I'm going to restart, but I keep putting it off--need some positivity to get back into it!
