Want To Lose Fat And All Dat?
It's the most common wild a$$ question I (@BodyByAdonis) get asked all the time :
CAN I JUST LOSE FAT AROUND MY BELLY, ARMS, BACK,THIGHS etc........? HELL-2-Da-NaH
Spot training DOES NOT work: It DOESN'T matter how many
1) Crunches you do
2)Some sick looking ab routine you found
3) Some super complicated looking ab machine.
4)Some even wilder ass looking contraption they either want you to put on, tie up, lace up, zip up, velcro up, leave on, sit on, or even eat.
The TRUTH IS..... You want to lose body fat: Cardio, weight training and diet are three CRUCIAL components to losing fat.
Even losing body fat doesn't guarantee perfection ( I still got Love Handles I'm working on ... I have no idea why they're called that .... Cause Yo Boy Aint Got No Love For Them Handles Dawg)
Your body decides where and when it loses fat, not you ( Its Pure Genetics .. So Stop Stressing Yourself Yo!) Do your best with your exercise and diet and allow your body to respond to that.
Focus on the positive results: I know you want to lose some inches around your belly , back of your arms, ankles or calf, but progress is progress. If you're losing inches, you're on the right track and your body will eventually get around to those more stubborn areas if you're consistent and patient. #RespectTheProcess (source: Paige Wagner)
