Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. It helps activates the nervous system, working on deeper muscle fascia and strengthening connective tissues. The poses are held for between 3-5 minutes to enable you to ‘let go’ and work through your pain thresholds, building better flexibility and stronger joints. Yin yoga compliments more active practices such as Bikram Yoga beautifully and is seen as a great compliment to other sports which shorten your muscles such as CrossFit, athletics, and other high impact sports.
We have added one Hot Yin Yoga class every Tuesdays starting on the 16th of January at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm with Ms. Elise Buddle. Please register at the studio for the FREE TRIAL CLASS on the 16th. We have limited space so book now.
