This workout was so fun. That’s what matters right. It’s a overall balanced workout. The same amount of push as pull. Core engaged throughout each exercise. I kept the movements fluid. This workout I was working my upper body endurance. I set my timer for 40-45seconds work 15-20 seconds rest. 🔹The workout 🔹

🔹TRX straddle up 🔹TRX rear deltoids 🔹battle rope rear deltoids 🔹battle rope v-ups 🔹single arm row 🔹front squat to push-up knee drive
