Vacations, school, work got on the way of my gym routine... but Im coming back for those abs baby!
The reason why I workout is because it takes away the stress, keeps me motivated and focused on the things I need to do. We all suffer from depression at some point.. or at least feel down about something that we couldn't accomplish... I know for experience that it only takes one hobby -something that you are passionate about, to make you feel accomplished... mine is to workout. Although I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm super athletic, sometimes weeks months go by and I don't even take a walk ...all Im saying is that i have to push myself to do better everyday, at work, in school...and pushing myself to workout has helped me a lot with consistency and patience.
