Timings: perform each exercise (1-10) for 20s, rest 10s in between each exercise - repeat for a total of 3 rounds (=15 mins)
1. High knees
2. Side to side jump (3) tuck jump (1)
4. Jump squats
5. Jumping jacks
6. Jump lunges
7. Ab bikes
8. Basketball jumps
9. X mountain climbers
10. Ski jumps .
