This is for anyone out there who get tired of eating clean and going to the gym most days without seeing any results. There is 2 years between these two pics (1 year of #BBG, 1 year of weightlifting). Two years of major consumption of FOOD 🍳🍌🥑🥕🍔🍫🍞🍆🍏, lots of sessions at the gym (exercising 5-6x/week), lots of researches about nutrition and training, patience and a perpetual and constant will to achieve my goals.
If you're in this phase of ''I'd better stop bothering myself with weights and cardio, it's not worth it and I'd rather go back home and eat pizza while watching Netflix'', just ignore it and keep going. Well, pizza n netflix are a good combo actually but you can do it right after your sesh at the gym 🙊.
The point here is to trust the process.
Do everything that is in your power to become who you want to be and at some point you will succeed. Applies to everything in life 👋🏼.
