Today has been a tough day. Due to the various issues in my back I have been told for the time being my entire fitness routine needs to change. That means no more @basecampsm or even yoga. To say I am devastated is an understatement. I need to rest and get my spine/neck going in the correct direction and loosen my chest and back muscles. This is going to be a major change and honestly my mind is having a hard time with it. For now I am going to focus on the nutrition side of things and give my body rest. If you are in pain I urge you to see a doctor.
