Big thank you to my buddy @datnewnew06 for some morning batting practice in Roseburg, Oregon on my way down to California. • 785 miles of driving the last couple days. I made it down safe to Vallejo and got a workout in the gym that the team uses in town. • Morning practice tomorrow and our first spring training game at night.
Lift weight. Eat protein. Swing for the fence and disregard anybody who wants to see you fail. (Friends included) . Sets last night... 225x5 315x5 405x3 455x2 495x1 515x1 👉🏽(video) Besides the rounded back... I'm glad I was able to move that amount of weight that late into my sets. I planned to only pull 495 when I walked in the gym, but once I worked up to that it moved like cake🎂 Then when I added 20 lbs I lost my back a little. Knowing this, I think if I prepped for a higher max and didn't underestimate myself, I maybe could of pulled 525-550lbs. Defiantly gonna give that a shot before season! . Prepping for a max is a big deal for me. Sometimes I can over prep the day I max and end up exhausting myself before I lift the big weight I wanted too in the first place! #GodWillBlessThisWork#BaseballTraining#Baseball#Deadlift 👉🏽baseball specific power programs (link in bio) 👉🏽 @themarcpro discount code: ARROYO5 👉🏽DM questions about training or programs 👉🏽current clients keep in touch through my email (firstname.lastname@example.org) 📽 @tannerstokey
