When your car is having problems you take it to a mechanic. He runs diagnostics, checks the engine, alignment etc. and figures out the problem. The same is true for an athlete you need to check all of the parts to find the problem. Biomechanics, joint mobility, speed, strength, power, nutrition etc. A good coach, like a good mechanic, will find the problem and help fix it. Too many players have no clue what is wrong with their car. Getting an assessment and finding your individual weaknesses/strengths is the first step to elevating your game.
