Todays workout was BRUTAL 😂💥🤕 Fail it til you nail it they say! My body is so bruised i barely made the walk home from the gym when i was done 😰 I actually fell off the bar today for the first time in my life, no control at all lost my balance and smashed into the ground... not sure if to be happy or sad i didnt got it on film... didnt die though 😬 _ Last clip is what i actually wanted to do - one arm elbow lever twist into knee pit spin and up on the bar!
