HANDSTAND DRILL 🤸♀️
If you're struggling to find balance in your handstand, here is one of my favorite drills. Find a small ledge where you can press the backs of your forearms against. This will help stabilize your arms and offer support while you're in handstand. The smaller the ledge, the less support you will have. -
The other great thing about this exercise is it offers support with your arms but not the rest of your body so you are forced to hold a straight body. Hope some of you find this helpful!
