Aim of the game is to do these press ups up broken
Press up one - Dive bombers
Press up 2 - same in reverse
Press ups 3 - both together (I call these rock the boats)
Press up 4 - diamond press ups (by now you’ll be in pain)
Press up 5 - tricep press ups
Aim for 5 reps 2 x round
