There is about four years between these two pictures and it just blows my mind to see how far I’ve come. It’s so crazy to me that you can change yourself completely by simply lifting weights consistently and properly nourishing your body. In the picture on the left, I was cardio obsessed and struggling with digestive problems (IBS, with suspicion of chrones disease)... I had a terrible relationship with food since it made me sick no matter what I ate. Four years and 25lbs later, the girl on the right, is stronger than ever. Through trial and error she has developed a good relationship with food, as well as a good relationship with the weight section at the gym. I am so thankful for my journey because it kindled a relationship with the gym that I will cherish forever. How has the gym changed your life? Comment below, I would love the hear about it💗
