Non oil curry return. Cook onion (2 medium size, thinly sliced) till it’s soft and brown. A Teflon pan is recommended. Once it’s wilted, put Teo table spoons of curry powder*, then add a tin 🥫 of tomato. Cook it down till it gets dense. (It’ll take about 20 minutes). *For this easy curry-base, you need to buy madras curry powder. Now you can add chickpeas/boiled and blended spinach/lentils and etc. I recommend that you put some vinegar. It gives depth to the flavour.
