Yogic intense intestinal cleanse. And man was it intense this time😵 after having done it three times before, I thought I would breeze through it no worries. But I was WRONG! I did all the procedures that requires: drinking 3 litres of salty water followed by specific asanas, and went to the toilet to release everything from my intestines. And cleanse my nostrils with my neti pot and drank extra normal one litre of water to throw it up and the end. Then an hour of svasana. Then to eat basmati rice and ghee or kidchari.
My intentions were to cleanse and to release. And later that day, I started to get super tired and my nose felt clogged. So I went to sleep early and in the night I woke up many times feeling hot and sweating so much😅 my body was definitely releasing and told me to rest and relax while it continues to release and cleanse🙌
So the day after my cleanse, I woke up with my body so heavy and tired, my nose blocked and just needed to stay in bed! And so I did! With eating some kidchari and resting, meditating and taking a walk was a really nice way to spend my recovery day🌷
Now tomorrow is a total lunar eclipse and I am getting ready to come together to rise, to unite in our Divine powers 🙏💫
