This week's Sunday Sweatfest is a real gut buster and does require some kit but feel free to change it up to what you have laying around. I'm wearing a 10kg weight vest in this one but scale it it back if you need to and lose the extra beasting!! 😁
Foe the sprint element, Place some markers at 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 metres and run to the 5 and back and flip the bag. Then the 10 and back and flip the bag etc...
5 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
10 x 20kg sandbag cleans
5 x Ladder shuttle sprints & heavy bag flips
5 x Burpees
For my sandbag cleans I use my 20kg slambag from @slamfitfriends
