This squat was shitty. This week was shitty. I missed almost every lift. I just couldn’t get it together. More than likely after being sick last week, and the medication i was on. This squat was 97.5% for 1. 225, from Monday. I didn’t record anything from today because it was frankly awful. I didn’t give up. I went through all 7 weeks, but I’m not doing the testing for week 8. Monday I will be starting week 1 day 1 all over again.
