I have been finding it difficult to find new exercise routines, so what to do? Repeat a routine you’ve done before & love! This is one of my favorite workout routines to train those #bouldershoulders ! Taken from @whitneyysimmons (she’s adorable & has some great workout inspiration!❤️) Why struggle trying to find something new to do, when you can do something you know you enjoy? • 8 seated single arm to two arm DB shoulder press - 4 sets
•SUPERSET - 4 rounds
Exercise 1) 10 DB front raises
Exercise 2) 8 DB side to front raise complex
•TRISET - 4 rounds
Exercise 1) 10 BB shoulder press
Exercise 2) 10 BB behind the head shoulder press
Exercise 3) 5 overhead side to front raise DB complex
•SUPERSET - 4 rounds
Exercise 1) 10 single arm incline side DB raise
Exercise 2) 10 single arm DB bent over reverse fly
Do both exercises on the right arm, then both on the left arm—that’s 1 round 💪🏼

Some final lifts this week before we road trip across country tomorrow: 54 kg for 5 on close grip tempo bench press, 75 kg for 2 cleans from the hang, and 96 kg for a paused squat. Probably won’t get to workout much while on the road, but it’ll most likely be a nice mental break from lifting and leave me feeling reinvigorated when I arrive in California!

As for cardio I did a barbell complex suggested by @vlatouf to loose some of this fluff. I haven't done powercleans since high school.
